First picture is now what one day of eating looks like on a blank log.

This is an example of what my new diet consists of……daily

Breakfast - 5 egg whites, Unlimited vegetables (see list), 1 serving of starch (see starch list)

Mid-morning- 2 turkey or chicken muffins (see recipe), OR homemade protein bars (4 squares) OR, Small meal option (see list), Unlimited vegetables (see list)

Lunch- 6 ounces of lean meat (chicken breast, white meat turkey; white fish like tilapia and orange roughy, boiled shrimp, egg whites), 1 serving of starch (see starch list), Unlimited salad and vegetables (see list)

Mid-afternoon- 2 turkey or chicken muffins (see recipe), OR homemade protein bars (4 squares) OR, Small meal option (see list), Unlimited vegetables (see list)

Dinner- 6 ounces of lean meat (see above), 1 serving of starch (see starch list), Unlimited salad and vegetables (see list)

Evening- 5-6 egg whites**, Unlimited vegetables (see list)

** No carbs (starch) after 7:00 PM (or about 3 hours before bedtime).

Limit fruit to twice daily: berries first thing in the morning and then a half a citrus serving or banana after a workout with your protein shake. Carry a small apple in your gym bag at all times in case an energy slump hits!

Workouts range from 1 hour to 2 hours.

My second picture is Phase 1 of my new workout routine starting tomorrow. Each workout should take 1 hour. I’m also throwing in some light cardio and stretching before and after the workout: warm-up and cool-down.

The program is 12 weeks long, so, I’ll definitely be getting myself a gym membership in the next two weeks: the beau got me a 2-week pass on his membership. 14 days consecutive is what I get from the pass. So on May 14th I’ll be signing my ass up in the gym so that I don’t miss days.

Here’s to beginning my journey into Female Fitness Bikini Modeling.

Goal #1 : work is having a beach challenge, the person who makes the biggest transformation wins $200, it starts May 1st and runs to June 28th: 59 days (from May 1st)

Goal #2: July 22nd, my birthday and the last day of the 12 week program above. 84 days total (from May 1st)

Goal #3: March 15th 2014. NPC Bikini Competition in California (I still need to get all of the rules, I might have to go to a smaller qualifier further into the year). 10 months, 15 days total (from May 1st)

Total weight to lose to achieve swimsuit physique:

Lose 44.3 pounds of body fat

Lose 22.5 lean body mass

Total pounds to lose: 66.8, 1.5 lbs per week

Goal weight: 123.5 lbs
